Curtis Law Group was founded in 1993 by Robert J. Curtis, and is dedicated to providing bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction and related legal services to individuals, professionals, small businesses, mortgage lenders, automobile lenders and a variety of other clients.
Our team members include attorneys and legal assistants that are specially trained and experienced in assisting our clients with financial-legal matters, the related documentation and the court proceedings.
Curtis Law Group draws upon the knowledge and experience of six attorneys, assisting clients with their specific needs in California and in the other jurisdictions where our attorneys are licensed.
Our attorneys have total legal experience of more than 25 years, primarily in mortgage lender law, automobile lender law, real estate litigation, business litigation, and bankruptcy and reorganization.
We represent clients throughout the entire State of California. Our extensive network of local counsel and our effective online file management system provides us with the means to effectively represent clients in all legal matters in all counties and all courts of the state.
Our principal office is located in Orange County, California, a significant commercial hub for the state that provides quick and easy access to client offices, local courts and other locations and when needed.
Our bankruptcy, foreclosure and evictions teams are comprised of highly motivated, trained lawyers and legal assistants that are able to competently and efficiently assist with the bankruptcies, foreclosures and evictions that make up a significant part of our clients’ legal requirements.
