Kathleen A. Brewer has litigated numerous employment cases in
most areas of employment law, including: trade secrets, race
discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, ERISA, wage and
hour law, disability accommodation, religious discrimination and
retaliation. In addition to litigation, the office offers training,
advice, consultation, document drafting and other services to small
and mid-sized California businesses who seek to maintain fair and
legally-compliant workplaces.
Mrs. Brewer is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City
and Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the
Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law Sections of the
California State Bar.
