About the firm:

I am an attorney in Tustin and my area of practice is plaintiff?s employment law. Specifically, wage and overtime, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and Family Leave. I am a member of CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association) and I am on the Wage and Hour Committee.
We serve clients in English and Spanish, and we believe in providing responsive service to our clients. We are able to handle large matters as well as smaller ones. As you may know, attorney fees may be recoverable when minimum wage or overtime violations are proven and this fee shifting provision often makes a seemingly insignificant claim worth pursuing. Similar fee shifting provisions also exist in many discrimination claims.
